These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the operator of the accommodation facility (hereinafter referred to as the "provider") and the guest (hereinafter referred to as the "client"), who uses the accommodation in the apartments via website, email, or other booking platforms.
Reservations can be made online, via email, or by phone.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit or full prepayment may be required.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or in cash, as agreed.
Cancellations must be made via email.
Free cancellation: up to 3 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation after this period or in the event of a no-show, the provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total accommodation price.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM (or as agreed)
Check-out: by 11:00 AM (or as agreed)
Late check-out is possible upon prior agreement and may be subject to an additional charge.
The client is obliged to behave respectfully, observe quiet hours, and comply with the house rules.
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings during the stay.
The accommodation may only be used for short-term residential purposes (e.g., parties are strictly prohibited).
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building.
## 6. Personal Data Protection
The provider reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
Any disputes arising will be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
By submitting a reservation, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
